This 10th anniversary is an opportunity for the CLAM to raise awareness among decision-makers, operators, national and international organizations and consumers about the importance of food quality for the well-being of the population and the development of the country.

 These meetings will focus on "Healthy and safe food: the essence of development", and will be punctuated by exhibitions, sales and conferences. These lectures will focus on food quality management in Madagascar and will be divided into four "sub-themes":

• Food safety standards ;
• The national situation of food management ;
• Health quality seen by the operators ;
• Research results on food products.
 
With the support of QualiREG, CLAM was able to train its members on the following subjects:
• Waste management and laboratory safety ;
• Analysis of Escherichia coli STEC
• New techniques on Food Microbiology
• Food Safety Management System
