Are you a poultry breeder ? Do you want to start selling ready-to-cook poultry ? The training "planning and managing a small poultry slaughterhouse on-farm" is for you !
In the program :
- Regulation of the slaughter of poultry on the farm
- Characteristics of the different equipment needed
- Planning of the premises and choice of equipment
- Presentation of good hygiene and animal welfare practices
- Drafting of the census file to be submitted to the DAAF.
Duration : 28 hours (4 days)
Dates : 19 and 26 February, 5 and 12 March 2019
