IRD, CIRAD, Pasteur Institute and Overseas Universities partnered to promote French research for development in the South, creating CVT South Valuation.

The CVT South Valuation is inter-institutional structure labeled as part of future investments. With 9 million euros over 10 years, the project aims to boost the transfer to the business world of technology and know-how adapted to the tropics, the equatorial and developing countries.

Technologies cover all sectors : health, nutrition, cosmetology, environment, agriculture, information and communication technology, humanities and social sciences.

Actions :

• Help in managing intellectual property;
• Constitution of a portfolio of technologies with valuation mandate;
• Marketing and promotion of technologies in southern markets;
• Preindustrial maturation, project management, license agreement;
• Creation of innovative companies.

• Plates smokehouse for meat products
• Preparation method of debittered noni juice
• Treatment of food products by spraying
